What an excellent storage facility. My company rents from 5 other storage units in the North East US and this location is by far the best and most friendly. I have rented here for almost 3 years and have never had any issues. We have great exterior access to our 10 x 30 unit. Cardboard dumpster access is key for our business and it really helps to have access on site. There is plenty of guest parking, and the facility is in a fantastic location for Long Islanders, right next to the LIE. Debra is fantastic to deal with and always greet us by name when they see us.

My unit is in Islandia near the expressway. It currently has no manager, so managers of other facilities handle issues on a rotating basis. On 3/17/2022 I called regarding questions I had regarding my unit and my bill. I spoke with EVELYN, a manager of a different facility who was in Islandia that day. Evelyn treated me as if I was the most important customer Extra Space Storage has, even though it's not her facility and I just have a small unit. She was friendly, courteous & understanding. She told me she would get an answer for me and call me back as soon as she had one. Later that day she actually did call me back! Just like she said she would! She not only answered the question I had, she also got me a reduction in my monthly bill. Evelyn made me feel as if I was a valued customer. She should be put in charge of training new managers because customer service like this is good for business. Long Island has a million different storage facilities, but I'll recommend Extra Space to anyone & everyone - all because of Evelyn.

An awesome experience! I just drove 3 hours and was greeted by your friendly staff. She was very helpful and patient as I had an important call come in she waited until I was done and was great. I was walked through the whole process and had no issue. Great facility great employee!
