This is my second long term usage of this facility. The managers are very friendly and helpful , the facility is always clean and organized. I access my unit often and find the surroundings feel secure and safe.

Let me just start off by saying I typically don’t do Google reviews unless I had a really positive interaction or a really negative interaction. I’m glad to say this was a very positive interaction. I’ve called a few different self storage companies and was becoming very frustrated until I called here. I had inquired about renting a unit as I will be moving from out of state and then will be renovating my new home so I will be needing to store some things once I have everything squared away. The young lady who I had spoke to was Jenna and she walked me through the entire process and went as far as to show me some different units online so I could be prepared to take the a virtual tour since I’m currently out of state. She was very knowledgeable and professional and understood our situation. When we are ready we will definitely be choosing to store here and look forward to dealing with Jenna. Thank you for not being dismissive because I am not in NY!
