Kim is a pleasure at the Montgomery location. Also happy that Extra Space Storage got rid of the keypad entry requirement upon exiting. Didn't make sense to have to enter a code to exit the place.

I’ve had my unit for about 2 yrs. First & only problem I had was recently. Couldn’t get it open. Kim was extremely helpful. She went above & beyond. Excellent customer service is the ONLY thing that separates one facility from another. Let’s face it, they’re all pretty much the same for about the $ame price.

I've had this storage unit for almost a week and the transition was easy, for the size I got was pretty cheep compared to other storage units in the area. Definitely recommend this place and will consider doing business with them again in the future.
