I was recently found myself in an unexpected situation and quickly needed to find a storage unit for my belongings. In a state of panic, I called multiple storage facilities in the area to obtain more information. My last call was to Extra Space Storage, and I spoke to a representative name Julie. I was clueless about the process and required insurances and Julie provided me with all the information I needed. Based on her excellent customer service, I decided right away that I should obtain a storage unit at this location. Julie was very professional and helped me through a difficult situation, and in this day in age - she was much appreciated. Thank you again for being so patient with me. Highly recommend this location based on the service I received from Julie!

Literally had the pleasure and the honor to speak to the manager Julee. This woman has saved my life. She was able to find the time to help gain the length of the storage unit with the amount of space that was needed. She took the time in walking me through the steps that was needed to get the information in a timely fashion. She was an extremely big help and was even friendly to me in my time of need I would highly recommend that you talk to her of any assistance towards any information on Extra Secure Storage. I was very grateful and pleased by everything she has done for me
