Initial call went to an out of state office; the man I spoke to was very helpful finding a location that was closest to me with the best rate. Within hours, I received a call from Tom reviewing my reservation. Tom was also very helpful and offered an outside drive up unit which is easier for unloading belongings. I called after office hours, but didn’t leave a message and Miranda returned my call the next morning to check in with me. She was able to change my reservation to that same day. When I checked in, Miranda helped me download and log into the app and showed me how to navigate it so I could use the app to open the gate. Miranda then came out to the unit and checked on me twice to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Very nice and helpful team at this location.

The entire process was smooth and easy to set up. The unit itself was spotless and well-maintained. Nicole was exceptional—super friendly, clearly knew her stuff, and genuinely helpful. She made the experience stress-free and was always ready to assist without hesitation. Highly recommend! Editing my review after I’ve been using this location for about 6 months, and recently closed out one if my units with the help and assistance of Tom and Dominique. Both were very amicable and informative during this transition, while continuing to provide the great customer service I’ve been receiving at this location.
