James provided excellent service, demonstrating patience and showing me various storage sizes to ensure I was satisfied with my choice. I appreciate this storage facility for several reasons: - Convenient Access: After unloading items from your car, there are hand trucks available near the entrance to help transport heavy items. With elevators on-site, there's no need to carry heavy items up and down stairs. - Temperature-Controlled Storage: I didn’t realize the importance of temperature control until I started using the space. It not only helps preserve valuable photos and books but also makes visiting and accessing items much more comfortable. I highly recommend this place for its exceptional customer service and excellent storage facilities.

Well so far so good, let's see id Extra Space Storage keeps their word on the rate for the unit. So far the place looks clean and well maintained. What remains to be seen if they keep their word on the monthly charges. James and Jennifer have been pleasant to deal with.
