It wasn’t exactly my intention to move during the snowy weekend, but luckily Extra Space was there for me. At a great deal for my rental and a swift snow storm recovery, my belongings are stored and I’m moving forward without delay.

Storage facility is good. Dry and easy to access. Cost is through the roof though, it seems like it goes up every few months. I'm now paying double what I was paying when I opened the unit a couple years ago. I'll need to find an alternative soon because its just become too expensive.

I rented this Unit on May 23, 2016 and I Received a rate increase after only 4 months! I called the office and was advised the reason why was that I had an introductory price. What's disappointing is that when I rented the unit I was advised that the size I wanted did NOT qualify for the special rate. I wasn't advised that my fee was a special rate I wasn't advised that my rate would be increased after only four months. I wasn't told that my rate would increase every 6-9 months. ***** of a way to take advantage of customers!

I used this facility for over a year while I needed a place to store my stuff until I found a bigger apt. In that year I never had an issue. The staff was always very friendly and they even went out of there way to make courtesy phone calls to remind me that my payment was coming up soon! The security is great and the facilities are clean! This is a great storage facility all around!! :)

The staff has very proffesional CAN DO attitude. The national 800 set expectation when reserving the space that were in point of fact not available at the location. When we checked in, the staff did address the issue head on without involving us, and even though their computer system was not working properly, in short order the disparity was removed. My experience with storage spaces has always been that they approach issues from the stand point of WE CANT, with Saugerties Extra Space Storage it is with a resounding LETS SEE HOW WE CAN RESOLVE the issues, very refreshing indeed.

This facility is easily accessible from the New York State Thruway, and the staff is always polite with me. The pairing of the code activated security gate and on-site surveillance helps reassure me that my possessions will be safe. Definitely a worthwhile investment for extra storage space.

Easy as pie - checked in with these folks a few months ago and just checked out yesterday. Was able to feel secure knowing my stuff was stored in a clean, dry, well-lit space. Completely hassle-free - all units are ground level and you can just drive up. My storage space was huge and comparably priced to other places I had researched. I was able to access my things any time... after a very stressful cross-country move, this was one of the least stressful parts of my whole relocation. I have seen so many seedy storage spaces - - Extra Space Storage takes what they do seriously and does it well. Thanks!
