Initially I was quite happy with the service, until they tried to put my rent up by a little over 50% with no warning! Only after I made a loud protest did they reluctantly agree to lower the raise to 35% - on this basis alone I would not recommend!

New owners raised the prices, nobody is ever there, and the gate has been broken for 3 years. It's never closed to secure the premises. I've got 2 trailers I wanted to store here, but it's too easy for someone to steal them. Even with a tongue lock, all it takes is a cordless saw all. I'll update this if they ever fix the gate. Yes, I did contact them about my concerns. Update-June 1, 2022 They keep building new units for new income, but the gates still wide open 24 hours a day allowing anyone access to the property. I work shift work so I find myself here after dark often. Most of the lighting works but it's not adequate enough to deter the shady late night vehicles sitting in the dark shadows. If your not going to fix the gate at least review your cameras, if they record. Request local PD do a drive thru randomly while they're patrolling. May 28 2024 Gate is still not working, has changed ownership twice with more units and more rate hikes. Unit has been secure but more break ins recently locally, just a matter of time with cars parked frequently in the dark shadows with headlights off. Update Dec. 29 2024 The gate is still not fixed, but prices are going up again. This time, it's $60 more a month. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE! Because of lack of security and no one ever being there. Signs always on the door. Dec. 2025 Prices going up AGAIN! Gate kind of fixed.

Great staff, great location, great units. the guy in office was always very helpful and knowledgeable. the place was in a good spot right in south glens falls and the first few months were discounted.

tried to increase from 84 to 164 with no notifications, but did change it back to 84 for next 2 months, but Manager Mark hung up on me, not to professional
