Some staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Some are a pain in the rear to deal with. The space is super clean and conveniently located. Please hold your staff accountable for the same levels of customer service.

Needdd short term rental, this was great! Bought online to get the promotional rate. Got a huge unit temperature controlled for a great price until I closed on my house. Highly recommend best for the money in the Tonawanda area

We recently visited the Tonawanda location. The customer service was excellent. They were very friendly and respectful. Upon entering, we were greeted and asked how they can help us. We came for boxes and they made sure to accommodate us. They gave us a great special on the boxes which was a tremendous help with our situation. Thank you for this great experience.
