The facilities manager Heather is very kind and professional. I had an issue with my 24-hour access and she was quick to resolve it. Only thing that would make the storage experience better is if there were accessible outlets that I could run an extension cord so I can run my lighting when I'm there at night, I've rented other units that had power outlets available.
