There were a couple of initial issues that came up with Extra Space, but the reason I like them is because they were both quickly and kindly resolved by the onsite office personnel. So, for instance, I was told that the office hours on my "move in date" of Saturday were 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. I got there a bit early and waited till about 9:30 am before the guy arrived at the office. No big deal, especially since I was able to reach a different office and apprise them of the situation. The second issue that arose was a bit more disconcerting insofar as I was double-billed for my unit having paid for it online but not yet I.D. verified, according to their required protocol. Paying for the unit in person thus posed the problem of not being able to run my debit card due to insufficient funds, which thankfully I was able to settle in cash only because I just happened to have the exact amount. However, as troubling as this circumstance was, the onsite personnel again immediately apologized for the mistake and was willing to credit my checking account that day along with being willing to credit it the following month with a slight discount on the payment for a lock that wasn't available but also unnecessary as I have my own. Never underestimate what a live human being can do in person so long as good customer service isn't a foreign concept to him/her, which thankfully it wasn't in the case of Extra Space.

I didn’t ever think I would find a storage facility that I would feel motivated to review, but Ashley has been so attentive and helpful I wanted to let people know. Especially as someone who no longer lives in the area it’s wonderful to know someone so reliable is around. I cannot recommend this extra space location enough!
