ExtraSpace Storage caters to movers. I spoke with a knowledgeable representative who quickly set up my account over the phone. Despite my numerous questions about moving to a new state, the representative provided accurate answers. The facility in east Asheville offers both temperature-controlled and outdoor spaces. The grounds and locker spaces are clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, the manager gave me a tour and showed me to my locker. The fee includes a sturdy lock and on-site material handling equipment. Security cameras cover the grounds and interior spaces. ExtraSpace’s app is straightforward and user-friendly. It allows you to skip keypad passwords for access to the grounds and temperature-controlled building and manage account details, including autopay options. Moving and selling a house can be mentally exhausting. ExtraSpace provides a variety of storage spaces and essential services for storing belongings in an unfamiliar location. They deserve more than five stars.
