Jason was awesome in making sure we got the storage that we needed and understood rate options. He was friendly and patient with us as first time storage renters. I would also like to mention Mark from their sister location (Life Storage) about 4 minutes up the road. When he didn’t really have exactly what we were looking for, he called up to Extra Space and verified what he had available. Mark sent us down the street and Jason was standing outside, waiting for us. The grounds are clean with an easy but secure in and out. Great experience.
