I'm a current renter and needed another unit for more stuff. If it was not for April at the front office I don't think I would have done it. She was patient, so helpful. Very informative. It's rare in today's work place to have good customer service. Truly appreciate her. Thank you April.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with the Manager, Richard. Not many people go the extra mile these days, but Richard is one of them. He went above and beyond to help us with our storage needs. Thank you for everything. We will Definitely be using extra space storage in the future. We just rented a unit this week and the experience was great again! All of the staff there are wonderful!
