I just rented a unit here and could kick myself for not making the switch sooner. I previously rented from another company—okay, I’ll say it: Public Storage—and the experience was beyond horrible. So far, the difference between the two facilities couldn’t be more dramatic. Extra Space Storage is exceptionally well maintained. I love that I can drive within a few feet of my climate-controlled unit, and carts always seem to be available when I need one. Best of all, Richard is terrific. He is knowledgeable, helpful and clearly very good at what he does. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, so meeting someone like Richard was a very welcome surprise. I hope Extra Space recognizes and compensates him for the outstanding job he does!
