Roderick has been e exceptional, my closing date got delayed, so my move from Wilmington to smithfield, was delayed so I had 2 get 3 storage units, for a bout a week. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and provided a level of professional, attention, and commitment to be sure my needs were met in all aspects. I highly recommend.

Roderick provided excellent customer service! He was very polite, helpful, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I lost my key and was moving out, but he handled everything smoothly and made the whole experience pleasant. Really appreciate his help—highly recommend!
