My sisters unit was broken into and when she got the call from Jason at the office I happened to be with her. I rode up so she could check her unit and file a police report. When we first walked in, Jason greeted us with a smile and made the situation feel at ease from the beginning. As he walked us to her unit, I was very impressed with how clean the facility was. I’ve rented several units in my lifetime and none have compared. The second thing I was impressed with was when the officer was asking questions to obtain information, Jason had video/pictures of the car and suspects ready to email over to the officer. Due to all of Jason’s hard work, they were able to find the car within just a few hours and also return my sisters stolen items. Kuddos to you Jason!! You really impressed us.
