I signed a lease on the spot and the both ladies up front were super friendly and helpful! They were very informative with everything and made sure I was 100% sure and comfortable with everything. They had an offer going which I found to be pretty reasonable as I don’t plan to be here for too long and the promotion ran for a good amount of time. Space is super clean and big and well conditioned.

Excellent customer service. As soon as I stepped out of my car Mrs. Shelly was ready to greet me and ask me how she could help me. The office was very clean and smelt very nice. She gave me a whole tour from start to finish, made sure I had the app downloaded and knew how to enter and exit properly, she took me up to my unit and explained everything to me very well. I had already purchased a unit online but once I seen it in person I found that it was too small for my liking. Right away Mrs. Shelly started giving me the available options on larger units she had available. She showed me 2 larger units than what I purchased online. Then when I decided on the size she made sure to find a unit that had easy access for me and was closest to the elevator which I appreciate very much. She showed me how to use my lock and even gave me a tutorial and made sure I had it down before walked back to the elevator. As we went back down to the office she did show me were the restrooms were and we entered the office were I was able to do a smooth transfer since I had purchased a unit online and it literally took just a few minutes. She also let me know about the promotional deals from online as well as in store. She answered every question I had. Thank you Mrs. Shelly for that warm welcome and for being so pleasant. I even stayed a while after my purchase just to talk. I had a wonderful experience here at Extra Space Storage. Thank you so much.

Clean air conditioned and reasonably priced. The Armstrong park road location in Gastonia also has indoor unloading zone which is nice.
