Updating my review to 2 stars from one. I don't believe that managment is to blame for the issues we are experiencing. Floors are very dusty from what seems like concrete dust. If you dont mind this being on your shoes, in your car, and on all of your things. Overall cleanliness of the facility seems better than other options where ive seen people have issues with rat poop etc. Their prices beat other facilities in the area. Four months after being here, our rent increased eighty dollars unexpectedly, but with one phone call, Nick fixed this for us. He mentioned that prices are increasing in the area. I did not realize that the units are a month to month lease, so they can increase prices at any time essentially.
We sincerely apologize for the dusty floors, broken AC, and recurring door issues you and your kids experienced, Kelsey. This is not the level of service we expect to provide, and we take your concerns very seriously.
