Have had a storage unit here for about a year and they just randomly doubled my payment without notifying me. I understand the payment is subject to change but going from $88 to $160 is price gouging and absolutely uncalled for. At least notify someone so they have the option to remove their belongings and not pay and ridiculous price that was never agreed to. We even tried to get prorated and move out early like I have with other storage companies and they said they do not do that. Would never recommend and will never be a customer here again. Beyond disappointed.
