Kathy was fantastic!! I appreciate her very much! She was able to help me with my rates. She is very professional and a wonderful breath of fresh air! A lot of people you talk to are usually not very nice but she was. I would recommend her to anyone and please give her a raise!

Please be aware they get you in with super low rates and then after a month or 2 they double it. When I called to cancel my unit the clerk told me “I have to raise it by something how much can you do?” These got bought up all the small operations in the area and so they have no competition. I am sure all of this is in the fine print but just be aware.
