Roni at the Wendell location is awesome! After signing up online, he called me immediately asking if had any questions or needed assistance. After a few days, he called back to follow up and has since helped me finalize my storage space. Excellent customer service and always friendly and helpful. Ronnie and his team were wonderful when I needed to pack and move my stuff out of my unit in September. He helped me load furniture into my moving truck and offered to help me with disposing the things I had to leave behind. His team is wonderful and accommodating. They are knowledgeable about the business, friendly, kind, and the type of folks you need and want when life changes happen.
