Be aware amount will change every few months and I don’t mean it gets cheaper. I am on Social Security. I get one check a month. My due date is on the 29th why I do not know I have pleaded with them to change it to the 5th and they will for a few months then it goes back to the 29th but the issue is I get charged a late fee by the 5th so instead of them working with me to change my due date to the fifth, they continue to charge me a late fee every few months. The real problem is when they charge me 2 late fees for 1 month. So like I said, my bill is due on the 29th. I asked them once again to change it from the 29th to the 5th. Sure just pay $27 now on the 29th and the remaining amount $48 on the 5th. OK that’s fine because $60 +15 late fees is $75. So $75 minus the $27 I just paid on the 29th leaves $48. So I noticed they didn’t take the $48 out of my account on the 5th so I go online to pay the $48 remaining balance and it’s now $63. Why because 48+15= 63. So that’s another $15 late fee. But that’s not what they said. They said that was to change my due date from the 29th to the 5th. Since common sense and basic math doesn’t exist anymore. They say it’s the system because I guess it’s easier to blame it on a computer system then having common sense and doing basic math was too much for them. It was easier to say it’s the system. . I’m on Social Security. I get one check a month. Nothing in that store is really valuable It’s just sentimental items that have been in my family for many many years going back to my great, great, great grandmother and father. I live at a state getting medical treatment and never once have they offered to work with me mind you I have three kids as well. I don’t expect anything for free. I don’t even expect or won’t pity like I said it’s basic map. How do you get charged a late fee 2 times in 1 month. $60(monthly)+ $15(latefee)=$75 $75-27(pd29th)=$48(remaining bal) $48+$15(2latefee)=$63(pd 10th bc they never took out my account on 5th) $27(pd27th)+$63=$90(total pd) I have a $60 unit $15+$15=$30 ($15late fees) $60+$30=$90 I don’t mind paying a late fee 1 time but not 2 Times in 1 month. It doesn’t add up, make it make sense, math ain’t mathing

Staff are friendly and welcoming, I've had a really great experience so far! The building and property are spotless and well lit at night. 10/10 would recommend ??

Ray is such a delight! We were torn between another storage facility and this one here and after talking with Ray, it was a no brainer. She takes such pride in her job and is so knowledgeable and friendly. The facility and units are so nice and clean and the temp inside was perfectly cool considering how hot it was outside on Saturday. We are very happy with our unit! Thanks Ray!!

Ray was amazing! She was so helpful in helping us get a storage unit and made the whole process quick and easy!
