Outstanding service and customer support. Very helpful for all UNCW students. Staff was professional and helpful. They knew exactly how much space we needed and didn’t try to upscale us. I will be using them for the next five years. Unit is climate controlled and security cameras throughout all spaces. Very impressed and grateful. This storage business is perfect for our needs.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage, largely thanks to Ray! She was super helpful and nice, making the process of finding my unit incredibly easy. I thought I had lost my key, but she was wonderful and didn't immediately jump to telling my mom or charging me, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!

Horrible place I felt like I was pressured to pick a storage unit i don't need or want and on top of it I have my own lock i told her and she sed she will still charge me and give me credit like what? Horrible experience! They also want people to give them a 5 star review on the spot like what?! I cancelled everything on the spot and got a place by the airport with no hassle or pressure...do not recommend
