Ms. Virginia was great. She showed me different units and explain everything to me that it was easy to understand. I would recommend her if you need storage space.

The online rental process was a dream, and staff followed up with a confirmation phone call that was much appreciated. The friendliest woman on the planet made sure to show me everything I needed to start using my storage unit. She explained how to use the elevator and the access door, then showed me how to use the locker close. She made sure everything worked when she did it, the had me do it to double check. Very patient soul. The facility is clean and the security system seems too-notch. Great experience!

There was some confusion because of remote reservation that was made at the wrong facility. Ms. Virginia did a great job straightening things out. She is very proficient, patient and considerate. I couldn’t be more pleased with the arrangements she made. I have exactly what we need. Thanks.
