I’m a single mom of two under two, which means my life is chaos 24/7. Moving is even worse. But THANK GOODNESS for Kristen at Extra Space Storage. From the second I called, she was sweet, funny, and so patient. When I showed up, kids in tow, she greeted them like they were little VIPs. Gave them stickers, let them help press the elevator button (HUGE deal in their world lol), and talked to me like a real person—not like some “hot mess mom” cliché. She made the whole thing stress-free. Got me a great deal on a unit close to the door (hallelujah), explained everything clearly, and even helped me figure out how to stack things so I could still access the baby swing if I needed it later. It’s hard to find places that are family-friendly AND professional, but Kristen nailed it. She’s down-to-earth, bubbly, and just genuinely kind. Thank you, Kristen—you made my life a little easier this month. That’s everything.

Listen. I’ve lived a life, okay? I’ve seen some things, done some stuff I ain’t proud of, but one thing I can say with my whole chest is that Kristen at Extra Space Storage? She’s the real MVP. I was tryin’ to get my life back on track, stash my stuff somewhere safe, and not get judged. I walked in nervous, twitchy, sweatin’ bullets, and that girl just smiled like I was her cousin or somethin’. She didn’t treat me like trash. She made me feel normal. HUMAN. She joked around, made me laugh, talked me through every step, and even helped me find a unit that wasn’t outta my price range. That kind of kindness sticks with you when you been through it like I have. Facility’s clean, cameras everywhere, and Kristen’s energy? Whew. She’s sunshine with a little sass. I’d trust her with my stuff and my secrets. 10/10. If you need space and a judgment-free zone, go see Kristen.

She did everything that she can do to get me all the discounts. And she is a very kind and polite person. showed very great kindness and gratitude, and for that I can't thank her enough for all the kind work that she does and I'm so grateful that I came to this.
