Update: After my switch to the University location in 2024, I lost everything due to a rat infestation. No one informed me. It had been one year and four months. They were aware of the infestation and did not contact me. Everything had rat waste and nothing was able to be salvaged. Rats has eaten through clothes and was even able to get into the totes I had. The insurance company did pay out, but it wasnt nearly enough to cover what I lost. The company still took my $85 per month for a year and 4months knowing that my things were most likely destroyed. I left the Peter's Creek location due to mold. Both issues pose major health risks. I thinks its safe to say you need to avoid this company all together. Original Review:I had an amazing experience transferring units! Jimmie and Chas were so helpful and patient with me. They made my move in seamless and easy. If you need a place to store your extra items that you don’t want crowding your apartment, Extra Storage on University is the place to go!
