I have had 2 huge storage units at Extra Space Storage at 8100 Hamilton Avenue in Cincinnati for the past 6 months. I have checked out of one unit and still have the other one. Jeff and Josh have been extremely helpful! They have been professional and communicative throughout my stay. They took considerable time to go over options and explain the pricing in detail. They called me when units I needed came available. They reserved a unit while I decided what I needed to do. It was so important that I had 2 units close together! It couldn’t have happened that way without them. Moving is awful, but working with Jeff and Josh made the storage of my things a breeze. There are a lot of choices for storage facilities in Cincinnati. I’m so happy that I chose this one!

Nice people and a decent, clean facility. I can't give 5 stars because of the drastic rate changes. We decided to switch facilities when the rent doubled in one month.
