Extremely friendly. Service set up was quick. I would definitely recommend. However, moving forward, just know at some point they will sneak and impose an increase in price after a couple to a few months. The increase could range from $30 -$50. I saw where things were headed with imposing increases, so I made other arrangements. I'm not dealing with the greed that comes with utilizing a service that ought to be fair and balanced... period... it's as simple as that!

This is my second time doing business with ESS and I've never had an issue. There is a rep names Eric. I hope you see this! You made my experience so fast and easy. I was so annoyed before I called, because the last storage kept running me in circles. Your vibe changed my attitude. I remember you told me you've been doing this job quite a while.
