Lovely no contact option, incredibly self explanatory, and the access hours to the garage are great! We put blankets and newspapers to line our garage in case of heavy rain and none of them came into contact with any water. Love the app too and it allows you to open the gate from your phone!

I felt the process was easy from obtaining a storage unit and easy to close my account when I no longer needed the unit. Eric was the employee I dealt with and he is very friendly, kind, honest and goes above and beyond to be of service to others. I walked in to close my account and started a conversation about my son who had been in an accident last year around the corner and He asked if it was off a certain road. He and his son live on the road and was blocked from coming home day of accident by police and EMS. Once transported to hospital the police left the scene with blood all on the street and never cleaned anything. Eric was told that the kid who had the accidents family only lives around corner. Eric did not know me, my sons or even our names but he is such a good person that he was only person out of many that thought about us driving by and seeing my son's blood in street. He bought kitty litter to spread out over my son's blood to clean it up so we were not traumatized anymore by driving by daily to see his blood. Not one person cared to do that. They were all recording with phones and staring at us while my son was on ground. Eric was only one who put himself in our shoes and how painful it was. He protected my son's dignity and our mental health by his act of kindness. I am truly grateful for his kindness. I only tell that story to tell you the type of employees that run this business. Honest, caring, selfless, thoughtful. I recommend this business to anyone. Heather Innis
