Been renting storage space here for a year. Very happy with the facilities and the security. Recently rented a 2nd unit and the web-based system had a “hiccup” and didn’t show my 2nd unit on my account. Stopped by the office and had a great experience with the sales associate and manager who helped me get it sorted out.

I have 2 units here and it has been top notch. The manager Eric at 6460 E. Broad St Columbus, Ohio is very professional and goes above and beyond for all of his customers! Their security team is also top notch. I highly recommend this storage unit facility!
