While I think the company itself has questionable business practices (all the storage unit company's do), the staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need.

Mr Barry was suck an amazing help I’m a single mom of 8 beautiful baby’s and we are living in a motel rn and I lost my bank card so I couldn’t get a U-Haul so the only other thing I could do was to get a storage to story our stuff until I could find another place to stay I was so stressed out but he was right there doing everything he could to make it as easy as possible for me so from the bottom of my heart Mr Barry thank you so much I know it may seem little to you or other people but what you done for me means the world to me and my family

This is not the first time I rent a sorage from this place, but this time they add so many accessible features. 24 hour self serve Kiosk so easy to use, help service right on the spot and they follow up with the email and text right on the self service option if you have any questions. One thing I noticed the price went up. I payed almost the same price as the larger space previously I rented. This one is the midum or small one. I believe. Beside that, I like it! It's a good and safe location.Also very clean. I definitely recommend this place
