Seems like the rate hikes are every 6 months, similar to what was alleged in their class action. Stay away if you like your money, this is a bait and switch scheme.

Minus one for tenants trash thrown about. Pick up after yourself. Sheesh! Otherwise the facility appears secure with locked gates, cameras and staff walking the floors.
