Really clean and well maintained facility. Was worried about water and mice getting into the unit. Very pleased to say for the 2 plus years I had the unit, I had no issue with either. I would definitely rent from them again! Also all the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was contacted by a representative at another location. (Kent) She helped me find the right size unit and for the right price. I recommend Extra Space storage as far as my customer relations interaction is involved. I will reach back out at the end of my lease.

Really glad I found this place! I was hoping for somewhere nearby to Tallmadge that was safe and affordable, and Extra Space in Kent is perfect. Loved the online tool that virtually packs the different size storage units, so you can see which to use. And the employees have been SO HELPFUL. This is my first time renting a unit, and Angelina has been patient, thorough, and friendly. She walked me through the process, explained the contract, and even helped me find possible deals. They even helped me get into my unit a week early than planned, so I have more time to move. Really grateful for the huge relief Angelina and her team have given me!
