A little frustrating at first because email was slow coming on my phone and that was needed to get number to open outside door Didn't get map to explain where unit was so that took up time and energy looking for it lot of walking for elderly. Not enough carts to bring items in had to wait for people ahead of us to Un pack truck. Unit and Building is clean and ready for move in. Employees were courteous and helpful. I would give it a 8 out of 10. Only because first contact call quoted me a different size then I was given at actual place.and different price. All of it was corrected . The price is better than 3 other places and reasonable.
