Hello storage searchers. I was in the need of moving from one storage facility because they kept raising the price on me. I decided to shop around and landed on ExtraSpace Storage. I called the after hours number and spoke with Eric who was professional and answered all my questions. He made a reservation time for me to visit the facility the next morning. Next day I visited and met Chris from the westlake branch who was supporting the Lorain branch. He was extremely professional and gave me the tour and answered all my questions.
