We acquired the storage unit from across the country and the staff was very easy to work with over the phone. The storage unit was ready to go when our moving truck got here and I’ve had a great experience. Especially with Brittney! She is so incredibly professional since day one, has gone over and beyond to help me and was amazing today during my move out process. Give her a raise! She deserves it. Often times, people just do the minimum to collect their paycheck, but Brittney is someone who truly cares about her job and is absolutely awesome with customer service. Will recommend and use again if needed:)

I don't pay almost 200 dollars for all my stuff to be covered in mouse feces. I literally opened the door after not being there since December and a mouse ran out. Disgusting. I don't feel safe with my belongings anymore. Ladies in the officer were nice tho.
