Nate and the staff at extra space storage is awesome. They go above and beyond to help with your needs and however they can accommodate. My stuff was in climate control which everything stayed dry and mold free. I would recommend this place a 100%.

After shopping around several area storage facilities I chose Extra Space Storage in Westlake. Head and shoulders above other facilities in every way. Five star facility and five star staff. Courtney is wonderful, kind, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. She is a gem. Nate is also terrific and responsive. They genuinely care about their customers and their business and that is what set them apart from their competitors. The building itself is brand new, clean, bright and well designed. There is a bay you can pull in to unload your items so you are protected from the elements. This is the place to choose!
