I recently had an excellent, five star experience with Nate, the property manager at Extra Space Storage on Clemens Rd. He went above and beyond to make my rental of a unit easy to choose and go through the process. Nate showed me 3 units (in the size I wanted) that were in 3 different locations within the building, pointing out the pro's of each. After selecting the unit I wanted, the rental agreement process was clear and easy to complete, he did a complete tutorial of security codes, setting up the mobile app, and other pertinent information. Nate was courteous, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process! I am 100% certain that I made the right choice with Extra Space Storage because of Nate's expertise!

Extremely helpful Storage facility is very well kept, secure and easy access. Nate answered all our questions and did a wonderful job getting us all signed up. Only suggestion would be to have non-climate controlled units for storing your car. Was not a deal breaker but would have been nice to store the household items and car at the same facility. They have car units but due to climate controlled are much more expensive competitively!!!

Switching from another location to a smaller unit here closer to my residence and Nate could not have been kinder or more helpful. He made the switch easy, affordable, and even post dated it for next week so I don’t pay for time I’m not using. I highly recommend this location and look forward to the next six months of care-free storage rental!
