Nate was super helpful in getting me set up with a unit and was able to get me affordable pricing. He showed me available units and I was able to see in person prior to renting. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about the details of the space. I appreciate the attention to detail. We just moved here and it was refreshing to have such a professional, yet friendly experience!

Extra Space Storage in Westlake Ohio is truly an exceptional facility: being climate controlled, brand new, having large bays where you can back your car into and unload with ease, etc. I have never stored goods at a storage facility and I was worried the process would be tedious and unreasonably expensive. However, upon entering Extra Space Storage in Westlake, I was immediately greeted by Nate. Nate gave me a tour of the facility, explained to me their hours, showed me potential available units, showed me how to work the loading bay garages, etc. Nate then proceeded to asssit me in leasing a storage unit, showed me how to work their google app which allows you to access the building with ease, and made the WHOLE ENTIRE PROCESS EASY. If you were thinking about getting a storage unit make sure you come to this location and ask for Nate, he will make the process smooth like butter for you and this location tends to be more competitively priced compared to others (I called around and compared).

This is a very clean and convenient location to anyone living in the west side Suburbs of Cleveland. Close to the freeway with the entire facility a temperature controlled location. I am only moving since my logistics have changed when I Travel up to Ohio
