Started out just making a call to ask about pricing. Ended with me moving my stuff to this storage facility. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and professional. They set up a reservation for a unit so I could come by to look at it. After stopping by and talking to Alicia the manager I decided to just make the change! I asked about a bigger unit than what I was requesting. Alicia showed us the unit and we decided to go bigger. We told Alicia that we would return later to move in and she said she would clean it out to make sure it was ready. Im super impressed with Alicia and her customer service. She was very honest in all the questions I had from being a previous renter of other storage units about my concerns. I love the way there's an exit gate as well, so you're not waiting on someone to leave or enter causing delays or issues. Wide driveways to allow room for others to access both sides of the storage facilities. They also offer accessories in the office to make sure you don't have to leave the property to make sure your belongings are covered so dust isn't an issue. Hopefully this will be the LAST storage unit I will ever use. Pricing was WAY better than others as well...LOWER PRICES!!!
