Was trying to order online, but the location I needed wasn’t listed so I backed out of online ordering. John quickly called me back and he was very helpful to get me in the unit I needed. We completed the agreement online. Of course with all rental agreements they are lengthy and mind numbing! John is a PRO at helping you jump through the hoops made a situation that could go south real quick painless and honestly a joy to deal with. We agreed to meet at the main office the next day to finish details and go to my units location. Upon my arrival to the office this man was busy as heck. But I tell you nobody cared really about the time. He is just that delightful and professional to be around! This gentleman is a TRUE Asset to Extra Space! Once again John Thank you for your out of this world customer service! Your One Cool Cat!!
