Ive not ever until rt in this very moment. Felt COMPELLED WRITONG INBRUIS FORMAT WHEM DISCUSSING MY PERSONAL CLIENT CUSTOMER IN NEED OF STORAGE UNIT IMMEDIALTLEY. this is my first review ever. Ide rather speak to the exutives higher up. Im old skool hwvr. Jeff is the only reason i felt compelled doing so. Cant stand these reviews or surveys personally..! but I will say this it wasn't for Jeff. Hes the reason why I jumped ship. "public storage..!" Rt up the street. Above and beyond customer service Polite professional and he follows up.. Its rare in today society. I never get this type if service with impressive integrity . extra storage I hope u see to it u keep up the good work . And continue brigning more leaders vwry similar ro my exoereince w Jeff. He actually listen and care and follow up . VERY RARE .I SURE AM HAPPY SAY IM GLAD AND VERY HAPPY I JUMPED SHIP. LEAVING PUBLIC STORAGE . IM NOW IN THE EXTRA STORAGE FAMILY. JEFF AS SOON AS WE MET KNEW I MADE THE RT CHOICE . LEAVING OUBLIC STORAGE. IMMMEDIATELY I KNEW JEFF MADE NE FEEL SO WARM AND WELCOMED . HE CARES . he went above and beyond the Call of Duty when it come to the customer service I'm still at public storage and I made it a point CANCEL EFFECTIVE TODAY. oJeff made it pleasurable EXOERIENCE. I give five stars when you take care of this guy do something for him he's the reason why I came over BECOME A CLIENT . he stayed with me he was patient. Professional and I took a little bit of time good week I thought I lost it. THE UNIT . he followed up with me not everybody does that he actually talk to somebody it's not bounced around on an automated system like public storage anyway I'm looking forward to it .
