The staff is friendly, available, helpful, and sincerely wants to help you and make sure you have a great experience. I've worked with a number of the staff over the past 10 months and they are always caring and service oriented. They also keep the entire facility very clean.

ExtraSpace has provided great service for me in the past, so I expected nothing less. Our experience with our storage rental today proved even better. The facilities are consistently clean and lighted. As we entered the office, Scott Cone greeted us with warmth and professionalism. He answered every question, helping us choose the unit most appropriate to our needs. Conversational and knowledgeable, he guided us quickly through the transaction and got us back to our focus on moving.

Had a great experience, I won’t go into detail but there is a young lady that transferred from texas, just met her and she took care of an issue I didn’t realize was an issue till today. Absolutely amazing
