Getting set up was super easy and only took a few minutes online. I got my access code immediately and they called right away to give me a few tips about the facility. They’ll also have my unit ready the same day, and I didn’t have to pay extra for that. I will update in a few months about overall service, but so far it’s been great.

The storage unit always is accessible and functional. I talked to the manager at the sight yesterday and I was given accurate information as to availability of units and policies on payments and moving to another unit. My only complaint is to the frequency of rate increases over the years I’ve rented the unit.

Staff is very helpful and the facilities are well maintained and clean. Multiple times my debit card was stolen and I forgot to update my account to reflect the changes to the new card, the staff called me to let me know the payment was unsuccessful and I was able to resolve the issue.
