I rented a storage space at Extra Space for the month of June, 2021. The rental process was very streamlined and easy. The cancellation of my rental agreement was also very simple and easy. There were no difficulty’s accessing the unit. Security was at a level that I felt comfortable storing valuables. I want to say thank you to Jacob for assisting me, being very helpful, and overall just providing great customer service!

Hi. Sorry for delay. I’m writing because I want to acknowledge how well we were treated by Brandon when we were storage hunting and decided on storage here. He got us a five by five on the third floor right beside the elevator which makes it easy for us to manage. He listened and asked how our day was going and was really clear with details regarding our space number and how to operate the code apparatus. It’s nice to do business with kind and attentive people such as Brandon. He told us to enjoy our evenings and to just call with any questions... Fabulous customer service.... I like this place a LOT! Drive thrus are much wider than any other storage place, the whole place is VERY WELL lit, it is very very CLEAN, the staff is very accommodating and polite, and the first month being free can't be beat! I wish I would've came here MONTHS ago!
