I have never done this before so I went in an Searra made it so easy for me she was so kind an explained everything to me an actually took me to my locker for the first time so I knew where exactly I was going . I only need a few months but I would definitely use it again an I would tell outher to rent from here to . The locker was perfect size a clean a not expensive to keep my things safe .

I had a space on Bristol Pike starting in 2018 and just closed it out in 2024. From day one I dealt with Searra in this branch. From the start she was always really “cool” with me. She made me feel comfortable with renting here. So for 7 years when I had to contact them I kept her as my contact and I’m happy to say she is still working there. So for those 7 years I was living overseas and knowing I had her “watching over” my things and helping me with my account has been a great experience. Made me a little sad to leave actually knowing I won’t get to communicate with her anymore haha. So great job to her and thanks for everything. And when I did encounter any other staff occasionally they were also a great help. Thanks again.
