Extra space storage has been very good since I’ve opened my unit with them. Esperanza in particular went above and beyond to help me with understanding the terms of my unit and how to take future steps to help me stay on track and explained everything in detail. She was very informative and friendly. Awesome employee you guys have !!!

Once I can move out of this unit I will never use extra space or recommend this facility to anyone ever again. I am being treated like a criminal by these jerks, I recently lost my home and had to move everything I own very quickly and all at once and when I arrived the gates were wide open to the facility I was there past close but somehow I was trespassing even though I have a unit and was struggling to still move everything in to the unit and the gates were wide open for anyone to just waltz in. The manager was rude, unprofessional and nasty their customer service skills are next to none. And despite me trying to explain why I was there late aside from the gates being wide open my storage hours were restricted on top of it all. Also to note the storage facility is hot its supposed to be climate control and it feels the same as outside. I will never use extra space ever again. If I could give zero stars I would and their management on site should be retrained and learn some compassion disgusting behavior. Once I can move out I am done with this poor excuse for a storage facility.

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage on Bristol Pike in Bensalem. Fred and Esperanza provided excellent customer service and were both professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled properly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Great customer service is hard to find these days, so when you receive it, it deserves to be recognized. Fred and Esperanza definitely represent Extra Space Storage well. I truly appreciate both of them and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. Five-star service all the way!
