Five stars!! for Ed at Extra Space Storage on 366 Wilmington Pike in Glen Mills. He is knowledgeable and professional but it’s his genuine concern that makes him truly extraordinary. He repeatedly saves the day turning my complicated needs into the right storage solution. Recently, his rapid responses made an incredibly stressful situation (as I was thousands of miles away) into a manageable solution in a matter of minutes. He takes the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explain the rental process, and never makes me feel rushed or pressured.
