I have rented here for 5 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the move out process and I was pleased with the friendly service that has been provided. The property is well kept and the units are clean and in decent condition.

I am so thankful to Jason at the Coatesville site. He was empathetic to my financial situation and worked with me to find a solution after I lost my job. The only negative was that there was a significant yearly increase. I know that about 10 miles down the road to the West, there is a site that rents the same size unit (5x10) for almost $75 LESS. Other than the price hikes I was happy with the building (no rodents, controlled environment, easy access, someone on site) and, if the price was right, I would use their facility again.

Very customer friendly, helped me decide the best option for my circumstance. Very clean facility, easily accessible and I was very happy to see that they have push carts for the convenience of loading and unloading your belongings. I would definitely recommend ExtraSpace Storage.
