Not recommended! Very shady business practices! Rented a large unit in July for $252 per month. Had it on autopay and everything was fine until I saw the charge post for November for $85 higher than usual! Raised the rent that much after just 5 months without notice. When I called to question it, they said it was a market rate adjustment and claim they sent a letter by US mail back in September. I guarantee I received no such letter. They spam you with emails about everything else and I asked why I didn’t get an email. She claimed legally they have to send those notices by US mail. That may be so, but why not also email it and make the notice available in your online account? There is no such notice and you can’t even see the billing details on the app. Just the total. In addition to unfair rent increases with no notice, the space for parking while loading and unloading is very tight. Hard to get in and out, especially when it’s very busy. Find somewhere else if you don’t want to be frustrated by your storage experience!

When I first moved in, I left a fantastic review and I truly meant it. Unfortunately, I’ve had to come back and update that review. This place pulled me in with a nice flash sale, which seemed great at first. I expected the price to go up eventually, but I never imagined it would jump by more than $100 in just a couple of months. After looking into it, I realized this is how the company operates—they get you in with a great deal, and then once you’re settled, the prices climb fast. At this point, I’m only here because I don’t have another option right now. As soon as I’m able to, I’ll be moving on. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, somewhere that may raise prices reasonably over time, but not at the extreme level I’ve experienced here. To be fair, the staff at this location are kind and helpful—the issue isn’t with them. The real problem lies with the higher-ups who make these decisions. It’s frustrating, it feels unfair, and it’s left me very disappointed. I was happy when I moved in, but now I can honestly say I would not recommend this place to others. ????
