Michael was the most kind bright smile he explained everything and great detail he even gave me a tour of the storage building he took time to make sure everything I owned was going to fit properly into the storage showed me quite a different few sizes he even sold me some boxes he made me feel like it was safe he even took time out to make sure I was comfortable walking to my unit and back. Michael was extremely helpful in giving us a complete tour of the facility! You drive up to the gate punch in your number and DRIVE into the facility. You park your car, get an onsite cart to transfer all your belongings into your unit. The entire place is EXTREMELY clean, the units are as large as you need, the staff is GREAT! And for the price, as far as I researched, is so reasonable for short or long term storage. We are getting so much more than we thought we were, that we are beyond pleased and Michael was the frosting on the cake!

Very clean and safe storage. Very easy to access and generous hours of operation. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to pull my car inside the building during bad weather to load and unload. I also appreciated the dollies the facility had available for customer's use. I would recommend for anyone looking for climate-controlled storage.
