This space is not secure as I would like. Renting online without seeing first is not a plus. The top inside roof of each storage has large open spaces enough for a body to fit thru. Other facilities have wire blocking the spaces making it a bit more secure. Someone would have to cut the chicken wire first in order to climb thru in another unit. It's sad people are living thru desperation and survival mode and Government policies are creating more instability. Many public storages are filled with very important valuables due to rising mortgage rates , *and cost of living" that should not costso much. Desperate people do desperate things so having a more secure unit would give a sigh of relief. The person who helped me called Jamie gave me great information and helped me get a lock for my unit that was without when I moved in. She also informed me paying up front for a couple months to lock in my introductory offer rate is to my benefit, because the offer only last for aproximately 2 -3 months and can automatically change to a higher rate by the computer generating the change. She was courteous, and prompt seeing about my issues of not having a key upon moving in and her information very valuable. The company should insure her and pay her more. Just as it is advised for those renting to insure their valuables that are priceless. Jamie is a priceless employee and the company is renting her.. She should also go up in her salary every 3 months just like the storage fees. ??????

This storage facility is Located in a great location and very convenient and clean the is safe to carry on your activities and the staff are great thank to Jamie who was a great help to our moving staff and I recommend this place to anyone who are looking for a low cost storage Their prices are reasonable

This is the most customer oriented storage ever. Zac and the guy I dealt with when I first arrived( didn't get his name) both were awesome. They took care of whatever issues I has so promptly, professionally and really went outta their way to help me have a great experience. I highly recommend them. I can't thank them enough
