Rented this online with promotional rate the night before, and within minutes of paying, they sent text and email of the gate code and unit#. No need to speak to a live person if you're introvert like me. By next day we just go to the place at night and follow the prompts(entered code by the gate to open, load our stuff and go to the storage). They provided dolly/cart to help you move your stuff, they give detail map of the units for easier read to locate yours. To go up and down the elevator, you will need to use your code again. Pro:The place is so clean, neat and organized! They provide the lock and key inside the storage waiting for you when you 1st come in (one time pay to buy when you rent). Everything else is very easy and self explanatory with directions. You can safe money with their promotional price! Con: it gets warm inside the storage. So be mindful when you store your items whether or not it will withstand the heat.

I have never dealt with a storage facility before and I was nervous about many things such as bugs of all kinds, will it be clean, etc. However, Extra Storage Space have exceeded my expectations the facility is very well kept and clean most importantly I appreciate the offer of climate control. Highly recommend.

I lost my storage key and Jaime processed my transaction for a new lock fast and drilled the old lock out in seconds. Really great service especially since I was in a rush.
