I called Friday and Kayla was extremely helpful and sent me a reservation to complete if I decided to move forward with my order. I spoke to Matt on Monday who was also very helpful and even helped me save even more money! I successfully stored my things today after Matt met me at the door and walked me through the entire process. This is not your average storage unit. I highly recommend and am so thankful for the peace of mind that Extra Space Storage and their staff has provided me!

Wow, just wow! I had an amazing experience from start to finish, with Red. He is the kindest, most thorough, and helpful associate that I’ve met in some time. He explained all aspects of the facility and my unit from where to load and offload, parking, gaining access to the facility and so much more. The site is climate controlled, easy to access and is extremely clean! I love and appreciate that the company has FREE flatbed carts AND mattress carts for us to use. No struggling here! :) Such a great experience. Thank you for everything! I strongly recommend this location, you will not be disappointed!!

Very smooth and courteous experience from the start. The unit was perfect size and very accessible. It’s super clean. The only issue is that the city needs to do a better job of marking the street. It’s easy to miss.
